We have two tent complexes -

Dapper Camping No.1 and Dapper Camping No.2

Both tents sleep 2 adults, and consist of a large deck that supports the main tent, kitchen and bathroom.

* Excluding 1-11th June 2012, the Hay Festival dates, which are at PEAK season prices - £495 for mid-week and weekend bookings.

** Week bookings means 7 consecutive nights, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri.

THE PRICE ALSO INCLUDES:

  • A daily hamper of fresh local breakfast ingredients including sausages, bacon, fresh bread, eggs and orange juice (vegetarian option available).
  • A larder stocked with basic provisions to get you started, including fresh ground coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, cornflakes, rice, pasta, freshly made pesto, salt/pepper, red/brown sauce, butter, milk, and ice (for the G&Ts of course!).
  • Organic toiletries and cleaning products that must be used as each tent is 'off-grid'.
  • A large basket of logs (which can be refilled for £6).
  • Bed linen and towels.
  • A decanter of sherry.
  • A free round of locally produced drinks at our local, The Griffin Inn, if you dine there (we can book your table for you if you like).
  • A firm handshake and warm welcome! 

BOOKING & PAYMENT

We require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) to secure a booking, and full payment 8 weeks before arrival. 

Payment can be by cheque (payable to The Dapper Camping Club) or online (we can provide the details by email).

CHECK IN/OUT

  • Guests can check-in from 4pm on the day of arrival.
  • LATE ARRIVALS (after 10pm) will be charged an extra £20.
  • Guests must check-out by 10:30am on the day of departure.

WELLIES

The tents are situated in a field, so it's a good idea to bring some wellies to conserve your best heels or brogues!

DOGS

Unfortunately we can not allow dogs (or other pets). We are surrounded by livestock farmers, and we want to protect their animals and your dogs too!

CHILDREN

We love children (we have 3 of them), but feel that the The Dapper Camping Club should be a haven for grown ups only. Think romance, cocktails and a ceramic big cat under the stars... get Granny and Grandpa to look after the cherubs and come and have a well earned rest!
